A charging station (wall box) with max. 22kW AC for e-cars has been installed in the parking lot since 2022, exclusively for guests.
An adapter for simple 230V charging cables is available
The electricity consumed will be billed individually upon departure.

Bikes and Bike-sharing
Lugano offers a network of stations for shared bikes and e-bikes.
There is a dry and sheltered place for parking and charging your own bicycles and e-bikes.

Tips
The surrounding mountain peaks can be easily identified with apps for smartphones / tablets, for example with “Peaklens” or “Peak Finder”
Hints
The house is not barrier-free.
Due to the many stairs, it is not suitable for people with difficulties in climbing stairs!
This also applies to families with small children, because there are no special parental controls on the stairs in the house and in the garden. Sockets are not equipped with child safety devices.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the house.
Pets are not allowed.
